Helping people to reconnect with their bodies to find peace, health, and well-being is thoroughly fulfilling work. I feel sincerely honored to accompany you along this journey toward your goals.

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy is a delicate and effective form of bodywork, using a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole body health and performance. Typically sessions are performed on a massage table, or chair, with the client remaining clothed.
Integrating modalities such as relaxing Swedish strokes, therapeutic Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release, I customize a table massage designed to find relief and balance for every individual. Clients often disrobe, oil or lotons are utilized, all the while maintaining professional draping with sheets and blankets to ensure comfort and safety.

Prenatal and post-partum care is a huge passion for me. I have comprehensive training specific to the child-bearing years. I draw upon my base of knowledge, skilled techniques, and my intuition to provide relief for many common symptoms of pregnancy, helping to ease the transitions of motherhood and prepare for labor, delivery, and the care of a newborn.

Thai massage, also referred to as "Asian Deep Tissue" or "Passive Yoga", is performed on a mat with the client remaining clothed. This modality combines massage, stretching, and Sen energy work to provide deeply effective treatments. Thai massage can leave you feeling grounded and relaxed while simultaneously invigorated and energized.
