The Greek word doula means caregiver. A full-spectrum doula is a community care worker who offers support to people during the full spectrum of childbearing ~ from preconception, to birth, to abortion, to miscarriage & loss, to adoption, to postpartum.

Full-spectrum birth work entails learning and unlearning, as I endeavour to operate from an anti-oppressive foundation. Furthermore, I work to understand systemic barriers my clients may face in light of their identity, background, preferences, lived experiences, and so on.

I strive to nurture and support, educate and advocate, always communicating with clarity and sincerity, as I humble myself in the goal of upholding and honoring the parents wishes and hopes for their ideal birth.

Scedule a session of postural analysis, bodywork and movement strategies to address pain and discomfort or to simply promote a more aligned, efficient system from head to toe.

Much like a athlete trains for their endeavors, pregnant people do well to pepare their body and mind for the many changes encountered during pregnancy, balancing space for a well positioned baby, readying for the event of birth, and the long happy years of life beyond.
